Grade Red – The rare nests in this grade have bright red colors. The varieties of this grade are GradeAAA,GradeAA,GradeA,andGrade C-1(broken red nests).

This product category is for hand-washed fresh raw swallow nests. The nests have been processed and prepared, so no further major cleaning necessary, it’s a ready-to-cook product.

The advanced technology in our bottling process requires NO additives or preservatives added to the product.We do not add any stabilizer (e.g. Sodium Alginate) to our product,as top quality raw swallow nests are used in significantly high percentage (close to 1:1 compares to sugar solution) (please visit our FAQ to learn more about stabilizer (sodium Alginate)).

Even with the highest quality in the market,our product has a very reasonable price.The main reason is because the whole chain of process is under one management-roof, as we are a swallow nest farmer, manufacturer,importer,and distributor. Principally, Golden Nest is solely a bird nest company,and for sure we do it right,as it’s our only specialty.

Golden Nest is the first and the only bottled bird nest products in USA that has a HACCP certification.HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) was initially used in space technology at NASA,and then were adopted by FDA & USDA as their food safety standard. Now HACCP is de facto the highest standard in food safety in the world, addressing all possible food hazards, as the hazard could be biological, such as a microbe;chemical,such as a toxin;or physical,such as ground glass or metal fragments.

How to Use:

1.Soak some pieces of the nests in a clear glass bowl filled with fresh, clean water at room temperature.

2.Wait 45 – 60 minutes.

3.Carefully hold and shake the immersed expanded nests and move them to a second bowl.

4.Add water in the 2nd bowl. Examine the 1st bowl.

5.The water should remain clear, and the bottom of the 1st bowl should have very little, if any, sand sediment.
