July/August 2026 Announcement - Frank Lian, our herbalist, will away from Aug 1 – Aug 10, 2026. Herbal Consultations will not be available during this time.
Appointments for the month of July are now available. Slots are limited to Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. If you are having difficulty finding an available appointment, it’s likely because they are fully booked. Around the third Saturday of each month, we will make appointments available for next month. Walk-ins are also available every business day, but they are limited (read below). - Every business day, we may have to turn away walk-in patients as early as 11am, due to high volume. Wait times may be as long as 3 hours. Our general recommendation for walk-ins is to arrive early (around 9am) and on a weekday.
- To ensure that every patient receives a careful and sufficient consultation, we can only see 25 patients (each of whom will receive a number) per day. For instance, by 3pm on Saturdays, it’s safe to assume that we are no longer taking walk-in patients for the day.
