Ingredients:
Evodia rutaecarpa fruit, Pinellia ternata rhizome, Ophiopogon japonicus tuber, Angelica sinensis root, Paeonia lactiflora root, Panax ginseng root, Rehmannia glutinosa root-prep, Glycyrrhiza uralensis root, Paeonia suffruticosa root-bark, Zingiber officinale rhizome-fresh, Ligusticum wallichii rhizome, Cinnamomum cassia twig, Activated carbon, Botanical wax, Talcum. – Wu zhu yu, Ban xia, Mai men dong, Dang gui, Bai shao, Ren shen, Shu di huang, Gan cao, Mu dan pi, Sheng jiang, Chuan xiong, Gui zhi.

Functions:
This is a traditional formula used for a number of menstrual disorders. This formula can help regulate your periods and boost fertility when taken over time. In Chinese Medicine terms, it is called “Warm the Uterus Decoction”. The symptoms appropriate for this formula are as follows:

Painful periods better with heat (dysmenorrhea)
Feeling cold
Dark, clotted menstrual blood
Irregular periods
Infertility

Warms the Uterus & Du Ren Meridians, Dispels Cold, Dispels Blood Stasis, Nourishes Qi and Blood

Instructions:
As a dietary supplement take 4 capsules 2 times daily.
