Function:

Settles the liver and extinguishers wind, invigorates blood, dispels wind, strengthens tendon and bone, tonifies qi, warms kidney yang. Use for problems in aging that include difficulty walking, unsteady gait or trembling.

Gastrodia (Tian Ma)
Ginseng (Ren Shen)
Ligusticum (Chuan Xiong)
Tigris (Hu Gu)
Eucommia (Du Zhong)
Angelica (Du Huo)
