[药品名]蛤壳 [英文名]Concha Meretricis seu Cyclinae
本品为帘蛤科动物文蛤或青蛤的贝壳。产于江苏、浙江、山东、福建等地。
[别名]海蛤壳、文蛤、蛤粉、海蛤。
[成分]含碳酸钙、壳角质等。
[性味与归经]咸，寒。入肺、胃经。
[作用与用途]功能清热化痰、软坚、制酸。
临床用于： 1．肺热咳喘痰多：蛤壳、苏子、浙贝、桑皮各9g，青黛3g，水煎服。
2.甲状腺肿大、淋巴结核等：蛤壳、夏枯草各9g，海藻、昆布、瓦楞子、牡蛎各15g，水煎服。
3．胃及十二指肠溃疡、胃痛泛酸等：蛤壳9g，海漂蛸30g，浙贝母12g，元胡6g，研粉冲粉，每服6g。
[用法与用量]6—15g，水煎服
