Dang Gui (Angelica Root), Bei Ji (Astragalus Root), Shu Di (REhmannia Root) Fu Ling (Poria)
Bai Shao (Peony), Chuan xiong (Lisqustricum)

ACTIONS:
Nourishes the liver and tonifies the Spleen Qi.

INDICATIONS:
Used for chronic blood deficiencies and for blood loss after surgery, childbirth, trauma, dizziness, vertigo, palpitations, cold limbs, pale face, irregular menstrual cycles, menstrual cramps, fatigue and weak fingernails.

DIRECTIONS:
Take 1 tablespoonful each time mix into hot water to drink, 2-3 times daily. Lin Sister recommended
