XIAO YAO SAN is a well-known ancient Chinese herbal formula for Liver Qi stagnation today. It is a commonly used herbal formula for irritability, stress and negative feelings due to everyday challenges or premenstrual syndrome (PMS)

Package 240 capsules *** Not suggested for kids to use or you may consult a herbalist prior to use.

Usage: Take 8 pills 3 times daily. One bottle lasts users about 2 weeks. As the herbal formula is a mild tonic, results may only be noticeable after 2 weeks. It is suggested to take at less 4 to 6 bottles in full does as the first regimen. The dose may then be reduced.
