六味地黃丸 SIX FLAVOR REHMANNI EXTRACT

Liu Wei Di Huang Wan is first thought of the kidney yin tonic formula.
Contains three tonic and three expelling herbs.

Functions and indications:
Classical foundation prescription for nourishing kidney, liver and spleen yin, and tonifing kidney and spleen qi. Accompanying symptoms include weakness or pain in lower back, restlessness, insomnia, burning in soles or palms, mild night sweats, dizziness, tinnitus, sore throat, impotence, and high blood pressure due to kidney yin deficiency. Foundation formula for diabetes. May be taken over long periods of time.

Packing: 160mg X 200 pills per bottle.

Caution: Do not use if pregnant. Be caution in excessively damp condition.

Rehmannia root(Rehmannia Glutinosa) 51.20mg, Discorea Root (Discorea Japonica) 25.60mg, Cornus fruit(Cornus officinalis siebold) 25.60mg, Moutan root bark (Paeonia suffructicosa andrews) 19.20mg, Poria Fungus (Poria Cocos Wolff) 19.20mg, Alisma Rhizome (Alisma Plantago aquatica) 19.20mg

Directions:
Take 8 pills 3 times a day as a herbal supplement. Do not use if pregnant.
