XIAO YAO WAN 逍遥丸

Function:
Supports the health of the liver, spleen, blood, and circulatory system. Soothes the liver, dispels liver stasis, harmonizes liver and spleen, invigorates blood, tonifies spleen qi and blood, regulates menses. Use for stagnation of liver qi with blood deficiency causing premenstrual tension or irregular menses.

Ingredients:

Bupleurum (Chai Hu), Angelica(dang gui), Paeonia (bai shao), Atractylodes (bai zhu), Poria (fu ling), Chinese Mint (Bo He), Above-ground Parts (bo he), Ginger Rhizome (sheng jiang), Glycyrrhiza (gan zao)

Caution:
Not to be used during pregnancy or while nursing. Not for prolonged use or in excess of recommended amounts except under supervision of a qualified health practitioner. Not recommended in cases of diabetes, hypertension, liver disorders, severe kidney insufficiency, hypokalemia, frequent copious urine, nausea, or vomiting. Use with caution in cases of diarrhea or abdominal distention. May potentiate potassium depletion of thiazide diuretics and stimulant laxatives as well as the action of cardiac glycosides and cortisol.
