FUNCTION: Sand patch for Dispelling Wind and Relieving Pain. Rheumatism, abdominal pain, arthritis, stomach ache, muscular sore, ache of arms & legs, soft tissue injurres.

DIRECTION: Take out the inner pad, shake it. When the pad is heated, apply the pad into the sore spot.

INGREDIENTS: Max temperature: 65C, Average temperature: 55C, Duration: 20 Hours
