性味﹕ arid, bitter, aromatic, warm.

actions & indications: improves circulation of blood and qi, promotes flow of menses, relieves pain. For wind chill induced should pain, lower back pain, chest and abdomen pain caused by blood stasis, flatulence, pain during period of menses, injuries, bruises and swelling.

行氣破瘀，通經止痛。主治風寒肩臂，腰背疼痛，血滞胸腹脹痛，痛經﹐跌打捐傷，瘀血腫肿痛等。
