Meridian: Lung, Liver

Dosage: 1 – 2 qian.(light herb, 3 qian is too much)

Function:
· Disperse wind-heat; brighten the eyes.
Also use for hoarse or lost voice.
· Encourages rash to surface.
· Stops childhood febrile spasms and convulsions.
Use also for infant insomnia

1. With Ju Hua for superficial visual obstruction due to Liver Heat.
2. With Bo He for measles.

Caution: Do not use with ext. deficiency
or caution during pregnancy.
