Calming the Earth

Function: Tonifies qi and yang, nourishes and invigorates blood, benefits and astringes jing. Use for systemic deficiency of blood, qi, jing causing a variety of gynecological complaints, including scanty or irregular periods, infertility, postpartum or post menstrual fatigue, postpartum hemorrhage, chronic leukorrhea, menopausal disorder, delayed puberty, and habitual miscarriage. Also, blood deficiencies causing dizziness, pale complexion, headache, and anemia.

Caution: Discontiue during colds and flu, as tonics tend to drive pathogenic factors into the interior.

Ingredients: Cervus, Ginseng,Rehmannia, Angelica, Atractylodes, Lycium, Equus, Cervus, Carthamus, Ligusticum, Leonurus, Scutellaria, Paeonia, Notoginseng, Corydalis, and Millettia.

Packing: Boxes of 1 wax “egg” containing small uncoated pills

Dosage: Crack off the wax, and take one half contents, 2 times a day. Chew, swallow, or crush and dissolve in water.

组 成 西洋参、鹿茸、白芍、生地黄、阿胶、熟地黄、当归、白术、黄芪、山茱萸、枸杞、黄芩、牡丹皮、延胡索、香附、艾叶炭等26味药。
功 用 滋补气血，调经解郁，止痛。用于月经不调、行经腹痛、崩漏下血、赤白带下、贫血衰弱、血晕血脱、产后诸虚、骨蒸潮热。为益气养血、寒热并用的调经剂，多用于气血两虚，兼有郁滞的月经不调、不孕症等。现代多用于功能性子宫出血、青春期或更年期子宫出血见有上述症状者。
剂 量 丸剂：9g、12g／九，o．5—1丸／次，2次／日，温开水或黄酒送服。
注 意 忌食生冷油腻等刺激性食物，伤风感冒停服。非气血不足而夹痰滞者忌用。孕妇忌用。
