Functions and indications:
Supplementing the kidney and quickening the blood, dispelling wind and softening the hard. Use for the cervical vertebra hypertrophy, lumber vertebra hypertrophy and thoracic vertebra hypertrophy caused by bone hyperplasia.Tonifies kidney yang, tonifies blood, invigorates blood, strengthens tendon and bone, benefits the back and knees, relieves pain. Use for deficient kidney yang causing lumbar pain, disc inflammation, or degeneration or calcification of the spinal vertebrae. Useful is chronic lumbar disorders, sciatica, arthritis and rheumatism, and back disorders due to overstrain or trauma.

Caution: Do not use if pregnant.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets after meal with warm water, 3 times a day, for 2-3 months.
