Nourishes the heart and restores the kidney, relieves mental distress. Use for deficiency of blood that affecting memory, concentration and alertness. Can also be used for insomnia, restlessness,and anxiety.

Polygonatum (Yu Zhu), Ligustrum (Nu Zhen Zi), Angelica (Dang Gui), Albizzia (He Huan Pi), Zizyphus (Suan Zao Ren), Polygala (Yuan Zhi), Eclipta (Han Lian Cao), Poria (Fu Ling), Polygonum (he Shou Wu), Morus (Sang Ye)
